Life in Sweet Abandon Ministries, Inc. is the name of our nonprofit. Tax deductible donations to Life in Sweet Abandon (LiSA) supports two initiatives.
The first, Delighting in God’s Truth with LiSA, we read through the Chronological Life Application NLT Bible cover to cover each year by reading five pages a day in the order in which events happened in Scripture. Our goal is to seek the only source of truth through God's Word and ask God to speak to us personally and reveal Himself to us as we read. We share comments and questions on our Facebook group, Delighting in God’s Truth, to support and encourage one another. This group is open to everyone however we appeal more to women with images and memes.
The second initiative, The Sweet Life Bible Study, is a gathering of single and single-again women with a shared desire to study God's Word, know who we are in Christ, and create community. We meet in person on Tuesday nights at First Baptist Roswell, a suburb of Atlanta, and are available from anywhere virtually through Zoom and Facebook Live. We would love to have you join us!
